看上去基本可以确定是病毒进程要处理感染性病毒要特别谨慎因为很多杀毒软极不是修复文件而是直接删除.

Panda 杀毒软件的一部分. 用来警告和报告的程序. 运行-services.msc找到Panda将此服务禁止.当然, 杀毒软件一般情况下,是会占用一定的资源.

熊猫安全软件的组件。如果LZ装了熊猫杀软那没事，没有的话请扫描sreng日志上传，并且使用金山急救箱和windows清理助手处理。
