旋律硬摇滚乐队Shinedown来自美国Florida的Jacksonville，乐队成员由主唱 Brent Smith，吉他 Jasin Todd，贝司 Brad Stewart和鼓手Barry Kerch组成。被Atlantic唱片抢签后说成是Creed和Nickelback的接班人。乐队在2003年的第一张专辑"Leave a Whisper"为乐队带来了不错的成绩，之后乐队在2004年的大部分时间里都在各地巡演然后发行了一张现场专辑。2005年发行了成绩不俗的新专辑"Us and Them"。

    一直喜欢这首歌的张力，沉重的钢琴缓缓带入，生命的呐喊、激情，象酒精分子在身体里碰撞，让人热血沸腾。这是我玩游戏时常听的一首歌；另一首是谭盾的《英雄》配乐，那是不屈不挠、置之死地而后生的东方沉稳；而这是毫无保留抛洒热血于战场。

听到第一个字符“I”，觉得很像蝎子的 still loving you ，再听到“how far do I go? No one knows ”觉得很又有点像其中的两句 time，it needs time ，很奇怪的感觉，尽管就两支歌曲而言，风格没有多少相同之处。
